Kendal at Oberlin: Resident Satisfaction Survey Says…
Residents of Kendal at Oberlin are very happy living at the retirement community in Oberlin, Ohio, whether they live independently in a cottage or apartment, or in the community’s Stephens Care Center.
Every two years, the Ohio Department of Aging and the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman conduct a satisfaction survey of residents in licensed long-term care facilities to understand their thoughts and feelings about the quality of care they are receiving and the quality of life they are enjoying.
The Overall Satisfaction Score for Kendal at Oberlin’s residential care facility (assisted living) was 96.4, while statewide the result was 92.3. Kendal scored higher than 95 percent in areas such as activities, choice, care and services, communication, meals and dining, and resident environment.
